He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Elizabeth (Bryant) Taggart, daughter of the late Ernest Sumner Bryant formerly of Nashua, Hillsborough, NH and Jennie May (King) of Portland, Cumberland, ME.
Richard Francis is survived by three children, Bryant Alden of Nashua, Hillsborough, NH, Hugh Allen of Nashua, Hillsborough, NH, and Nancy Dutton of Nashua, Hillsborough, NH; two siblings, Thelma Mae Walch and her husband Myron Swallow Walch of Limerick, York, ME, and William James and his wife Laura A. (Cote) of Nashua, Hillsborough, NH.
